โTo secure your event at SKS Events Space, please review the following payment terms and venue policies:

Alcohol Policy

We are a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) venue.

Alcohol is only permitted with proof of event insurance purchased through our approved third-party provider.

Insurance details will be provided during the booking process.
-
Security may be required for events serving alcohol, depending on the size and nature of the event.

It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure responsible consumption and compliance with all local laws.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in cancellation of your event without refund.
๐ Retainer & Balance Due

A $350 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. This amount will be applied toward your total balance.

The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
๐ฌ We understand that life happens and will do our best to work with you in the event of unforeseen cancellations. However, all payments are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
๐ณ Refundable Incidental Deposit

A $300 refundable incidental deposit is required.
-
This deposit is due 3 days before your event.
-
It will be refunded within 4 business days after your event, provided the venue is left clean, undamaged, and all rules are followed.
โ ๏ธ Fees & Late Payments

A $35 late fee applies if the final balance is not paid 14 days before your event.

If still unpaid within 7 days, the late fee increases to $75.
-
If full payment is not received within 3 days of the event, your reservation will be canceled with no refund or credit issued.

๐ General Rules
To protect our space and ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please follow these guidelines:
๐ซ Not Allowed in the Venue:

Nails, screws, staples, or adhesives on walls

Smoking

Pets
-
On-site cooking
-
Glitter or confetti
-
Bouncy houses
-
Hookah
-
Illegal drugs or substances
๐ All clients must vacate the venue at the scheduled end time.
Overtime is not guaranteed and may result in additional charges or loss of deposit.

๐งผ Cleaning & Damages
Clients are responsible for maintaining and restoring the space to its original condition:

All trash must be collected and placed in the designated area
-
All rentals, decorations, and vendor equipment must be removed immediately after the event
-
No items may be stored or left behind
-
The client is fully responsible for any damages to the venue, including walls, floors, furniture, or fixtures. Damage may result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or additional repair costs
