 SKS EVENTS SPACE POLICY

We will provide exemplary customer service. Sks Event space

will provide a perfect place to create your life most memorable moment's, quality rentals in the best conditions. We do not guarantee rentals items without signs of wear. Sks Event space has the right to refuse business to anyone.

 

Fifty percent (50%) of the amount is  required to secure your event date, unless agreed upon otherwise. Please note, payments are nonrefundable, regardless of the reason of cancellation. Your remaining balance MUST be paid 14 days prior to the event. If your event is less than 14 days away, full payment is required at the time of booking. 

 

We will try our very best to work with you in the event of unforeseen cancellations. However, all payments are nonrefundable, regardless of the reason.

 

An additional $300 refundable incidental deposit  is required to book the venue it is due 3 days before your event it is refunded within 4 business days AFTER  your event ends (After cleaning & return everything back as found when finished) 

 

FEES

Late Payments - Failure to make payment 14 days prior to the event will result in a $50 late charge. If the final payment is still not received within 7 days of the event, the late fee increases to $100. Failure to make full payment within 3 days of the event will result in cancellation of the reservation and no refund nor credit will be given.

 

GENERAL RULES

Under No circumstances shall nails, screws, staples,or any items be used in the walls. Any Damages to (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will forfeit deposit. No smoke machine indoors,  Pets, cooking, Glitter, Confetti, bouncy house, hookah.

 

OVERTIME

All clients must vacate space at the designated time. Any overtime will result in the loss of the whole deposit. It is the sole responsibility of the client to keep track of scheduled time. 

 

SET UP / BREAK DOWN 

Upon submission for your request of booking/inquiry, please also include all times for set up, breakdown, and clean-up that you may possibly need. Any time used that isn’t included in the booking will be considered OVERTIME unless discussed prior.

 

CLEANING / DAMAGES

Client is responsible to ensure venue is maintained and returned in the same condition as prior to the event. Once the event has concluded, client is expected to gather and collect all trash and set in designated area. Client is responsible for all rentals and vendors and must remove all external equipment immediately at the conclusion of the event. Under no circumstances can anything be left, stored, or held at or in our facility.  

 

Outside venue event rentals

DELIVERY & PICKUP

 

Delivery times are scheduled (1-2) hours prior to the event start time. PLEASE be sure to give us the exact START time of the event. 

 

Delivery time is estimate within a certain 30 minute window, before or after the delivery time given. due to situations beyond our control such as traffic, parking etc we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Should we presume to be more than 30 minutes after the given time, we will immediately notify the customer.


We only deliver and pickup items on the day of the event. Self Pick-up of orders is strictly not allowed. Will deliver to ground/1st floor only. Delivery and/or set-up to alternate places (upstairs) within the building will incur a surcharge per flight of stairs. 

 

If drivers arrive to the event during the requested timeframe written in the contract and are unable to obtain SKS Event Rentals' property, client must pay an additional $300 inconvenience fee for later pick up.

 

Customer is required to state if the event is in-doors or outdoors. We will not deliver items for outdoor events in inclement weather- NO EXCEPTIONS. If your event falls on a date where rain is expected, a rain date will be offered or the items can be delivered INDOORS but there are absolutely NO REFUNDS Note : The customer is responsible for providing access to an electrical outlet within 5ft of setup.

 

 

DAMAGE & LOSS

If a rental item is lost or returned to SKS Event Rentals broken or damaged in any way, client will be charged five (6) times the rental cost of the item. Client agrees to provide a valid credit or debit card number at time of reservation, which will be charged by SKS Event Rentals to pay for any such loss or damage. Fees will be due upon billing and SKS Event Rentals will make all reasonable efforts to notify customer of fees before the card is charged. If the card information provided is inaccurate or if for any reason we are unable to collect payment, SkS Event Rentals will start court proceedings, for which the client will be responsible for the total amount owed, court fees and all other applicable fees
