✨ How to Book the Venue?
1. Tour the Space
Schedule a private in-person or virtual tour (by appointment only).
A tour is recommended before booking so you can view the venue in person and ask any questions.
2. Submit Your Information
Please provide the following:

A valid government-issued ID (must match the contract signer)

Your email address & phone number

Event date, preferred time frame, and type of event
Once we receive your details, we’ll email you the rental contract for you to review and sign electronically.
3. A $350 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. This amount will be applied toward your total balance.

The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
💬 We understand that life happens and will do our best to work with you in the event of unforeseen cancellations. However, all payments are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
Q: How do I schedule a tour?

We also offer virtual tours for your convenience!
Here’s how a virtual tour works:

Choose a date and time for your tour.

On the scheduled day, arrive at the venue and call the number provided.

We’ll walk you through the venue over the phone, guiding you step by step.
Q: Is parking available?
A: Yes! Free street parking is available near the venue
Q: Are there any discounts if I don’t use all of my time?
A: No, there are no discounts for unused time. All bookings are charged based on the reserved time slot.
Q: Is there a kitchen available?
A: A kitchen is not available on-site. However, outside catering services are welcome.
🍾 Can I Bring Alcohol?
Yes, we are a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) venue. However, alcohol is only permitted with the purchase of event insurance through our approved third-party provider.
➡️ Security may also be required for certain events, depending on the nature and size of your gathering.
We’re happy to provide recommendations and help you navigate the insurance process.
Can I bring food?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own food or use any caterer you prefer.
We do not require exclusive vendors. Just be sure to clean up food and serving areas before the end of your rental time.
Q: Can I bring a DJ?
A: Yes, you’re welcome to bring a DJ!
We also provide Bluetooth speakers and a microphone for guests who prefer to handle their own music or announcements
Q: What happens if there is bad weather?
A: Please note that we have no control over weather conditions, and we do not offer partial or full refunds due to inclement weather.
